What's inclusive language, and why do we need to think about it?

Inclusive language means writing and speaking in ways that welcome and respect everyone. It’s a vital topic for every company that wants to demonstrate that it’s truly talking the talk (as well as walking the walk) when it comes to diversity and inclusion.
