Counselling with me is a space for you to bring your whole self - free of judgment and criticism.
I’m trained as an integrative therapist, which means I draw from different approaches and blend tools and techniques together to best fit each individual client.
I also believe that relationships are at the core of our experience as human beings, so at the heart of my approach is the relationship between me and my clients.
Together, in the safety of our relationship, we can explore the relationships in your life - including the one you have with yourself.
